Factory Seatbelts are the all chrome "aircraft style" buckles, if
originality is a concern.  The anchors will just be for the fronts, no
anchors in the rear.  You can find vendors for those in just about all
street rod magazines.  My '64 Newport is disassembled, so I can take some
pictures for you if you'd like.

You could check with AAJ Brakes (www.aajbrakes.com) for a cheaper kit than
what you'll find just about anywhere else.  There was also an article in
Custom Rodder about swapping in the brakes from a 76-89 F/M/J body mopar.
Prices on that swap depend on the availability of parts at a salvage yard.
