Thanks for the reply.  Unfortunately I don't have a shop within 300 miles of me that can do the work - and even in Anchorage I would be pressing my luck (we were making phone calls on Friday).  When we transfer from Kodiak Island next year and get back to the lower-48 I'll see about getting it repaired then.  Until then...well, who knows...maybe an aluminum dual-quad intake is in my future...??? ;)
