Hey Andy,

I'd agree with our esteemed Mr. Dulmage that your manifold is repairable.  >From looking at your pictures, it looks like
the cracks are from a combination of poor casting and heat stress.  The latter compounded by the previous.  I would try
and find a shop that specializes in repairing cracked cast iron and get a quote on the repair.  Good Luck.
