Steven Longo was right about the possibility of the flex plate bolts being different. It's not an issue in my case though. The converter is stock which uses 5/16 x 24 nf and the stock flex plate has the 5/16" holes for the bolts. The race converter and flex plate were both 3/8 nf. I picked up some new bolts at Midwest Transmission supply and I'm ready to git 'er dun!
