Productive day

I had a good day and got lots done.  I used my original flex plate and found the correct bolts for it.  The engine is installed and mated to the trans.. The pass side headers are completed.  Tomorrow I need to install the starter and the driverside headers.  Then the carb kit should be here to rebuild my carb.  I hope it's the right kit this time.  I won't be able to put the top of the engine together until I get the replacement valve lifter.  

Things are beginning to click finally.  Aug 17th is when it needs to be running to be in the Bellevue parade again.

 Let's keep our fingers crossed :-)
