Re: New Welder Recommendations ??

Ditto!!  Ollie is dead on!!

I purchased a Lincoln 220V unit also, but setout to get a 110V with the intent of only using it for body work, in the store I talked my self into the 220 unit.  Well, after several larger projects that popped up, I am glad I got the 220V, their was a definite savings of $$ in the long run!!  I have not needed it but when I got my plasma cutter it came with a cord that allows you to plug the 220V unit into a 110V outlet if that would be a hang-up.

I have a Lincoln. 220 V. Came with a cart but had to buy the bottle
separate. Get all my wire and stuff at Lowes. I would go with a 220

I have a Eastwood MIG and TIG. I also purchased their cart. Love them. They
are made in china to their specs. I know china but can't beat the price or
Eastwoods service. Have a Miller to its very nice but you get what you pay
for. For the limited user I would go with the Eastwood.
