I'm running 275-60/15 on factory steel 8" wheels with a 4-1/' backspace

dana 60 -std length - car is a 63 dodge "440"

probably 1/2 -3/4 gap at the lip- No problem and doesn't make contact with the leafs

I think L 60 15 translates to 275/60-15.

Anyone know if this 8" / 275/60-15 combination will fit a 1964 Plymouth?
