That tow truck hopefully had insurance you can file against! 

Depending on backspace, 15" tire sizes to consider include 215 x 70, 225 x 70, 235 x 70 (seems popular), and 255 x 70. 
 
https://www.rsracing.com/tech-wheel.html gives a method to use to measure backspace.
Measure using the section width of the tire your going to use, not the tread width. 

http://www.1962to1965mopar.ornocar.com/mmo82008.html shows a 1963 Sport Fury with Hoosier QTP 29 x 11.5 tires. I think 1963 & 1964s should be similar.
