I would consider springing for a full disc kit from AAJ or from Stainless Steel Brakes -- IF SSB has one for a 1962 Chrysler, as the full kit comes with a new twin reservoir master cylinder.
http://www.moparmusclemagazine.com/howto/26038_c_body_disc_brake_conversion/index.html shows a SSB conversion on a ’1966 Monoco 


The '67 and up master/booster works for a B body; don't know about a 1962 C body.
