They require that you drive only to car shows or cruises.  You can take it on long trips as long as you go to a car show or cruise.  I took mine to Las Vagas last march to the Mopar Nationals.  Couple of years before that I took it to Cortez Colorado, and Farmington NM to cars shows there.  They don't want you driving it every day or using it as a work car.  Don't know about road worthy.  You can call them and find out the details.
