RE: insurance

Is it really nessasary to carry a seperate policy?  My car is insured 
through my regular car insurance.. they took pictures, asked me how much 
my car was worth, sent the info to the main office, they approved, and 
ta-da I was insured.

they said If I wanted to insure for more, I need to get my car 
apprasied, and they'll accept a qulified aprasial as to what my car is 
worth.
