i'm gonna chime in on this one.... never do i feel more connected and close
to america as when i am communing with an old ride or touring an old yard.
the feeling i get from being able to handle an antique automibile is one of
awe. we had a 27 model t ford pickup when i was nine and my friends dad was
restoring a 36 packard when i was in high school. i want a 37 newyorker someday.
i get the most proud of america when i am around an old ride. here is a good
spot to extend my gratitude to our current armed forces. might i suggest that
to anyone who knows what i'm talking about this pride in these rides are
physical evidence of our love for our country. keep on keepin on
