I did look at the Club's 62 tech page templates, and agree it is probably the same for a 1961 car... but did not see antenna in there, just mirrors...
I assume there is some discrepancies between cars since the antennas were installed at the dealership, just want a ball park figure of what other car have so I can compare with mine.

The non-power antenna was installed at the dealership so they can vary in location. They had a bulletin with the template.
Here is a page on the club site that shows the template for 1962 Chrysler, which is probably the same for 1961.
