RE: {Chrysler 300} A/C dash vents

I "fixed" mine after screwing up my first set of vents. Had to buy another pair and combine them.

Looking back now, I would try to just insert another small wavy washer into one side of the vent. I would cut a thin slot to center and just push it in over the roll pin. My original set only had one on one side.

I think the holes at the inner vent are blind, so you might have to grind the inner part back to get to the pin so you could drive them out.

With new wavy washers, mine at least stay put. For now!
