Hi Rick,

Are the mounting holes you speak of in the front of the block?

If so, you need to contact Murray Parks for all the brackets from a 1961 or later car.

[hopefully someone can verify this looking at the pictures] If I can't source the brackets I will have one made as per Dan Reitz instructions. I thought that I read somewhere that later production F's came equipped with alternators.
