{Chrysler 300} Best way to clean old fabric upholstery

To All Great Folks in Letter Car Land.

Apologies in advance for posting a question about my 1958 pontiac bonneville.

Was able to find NOS material (rayon?) for the seat inserts and suspect due to being stored in attic for +50 years the material has a tacky feel to it.

Thinking the temp changes may have caused the material to outgas. Thanks

Anyone have a suggestion on how I can safely clean the fabric will be Greatly Appreciated.
