Dave, Thanks for your comment, it is disturbing to read. I’ve had the KYBs on my 300G for about 14 years, and have a lift that lets all the wheels hang. I’ve never had a problem, and this is the first time I’ve heard of lift use causing damage to the shocks. Could you elaborate a bit because this is the first time I’ve heard this. Anyone else have KYBs that had this issue? As far as I know they are the best shock out there for many (not sure on the years) letter cars. You cannot leave the rear axle suspended from the shocks without anything under it. The travel will be at it’s extreme end and will induce a leak if left that way for an extended length of time. I found this out the hard way.
