Quite a while back we went through this on F . So far back that it is foggy ,— as I have an absolutely untouched Terra cotta F coupe that I never restored from 1970 era —just to have one all correct . Kind of model for restore. Stickers etc all there . Low miles . Stored 45 years now hard to believe . It has the pipes , which I like . But of another 6-7 or more that passed my way and a few G no pipes . Maybe one G had pipes .
I think I asked Gil and he agreed with Don V this was random . Maybe ram was designed that way ( obviously was, ? They exist — they ordered 200 pairs or so , switched to all hoses , then later used them up to get out of way vs toss them )My .02 . Like trunk lid drains too although that was probably a switch ..Sent from my iPhone

My " G " was born on May 10th and it has the copper heater tubes.Charlie ValentineOn Friday, August 17, 2018 08:42:42 PM EDT, Andy Mikonis r41hp@xxxxxxxxx [Chrysler300] <Chrysler300-noreply@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote:The G convertible test car in the August 1961 issue of Car Life, and the engine photo from the 300-G press kit do not have the copper tubes, so I think we can be sure that some Gs did not have the tubes.

Subject: [Chrysler300] 300G Heater Hose RoutingGreetings all,I have noticed several 300 G's that have the above laying across the top of the Ram Manifolds. I'm sure this is incorrect as they should be ran as copper tubing under the manifolds. Mine are copper under the manifolds. Thoughts ?Thanks,Val J
