Hi Bill; I checked my Hurst and the top Radiator outlet is on the right (pass) side. No # stamped on the top of the top tank. Looking in my Parts Manual, I found the following #'s: 1970 440 with Air= stamped 2998 970 26" wide service# 3998 90 1970 440 no air= stamped 2997 969 22" wide service# 2998 964 1971 440 with air= stamped 3443 947 26" wide service# 3443 953 1971 440 no air- stamped 3443 950 22" wide service# 3443 950 Hope this helps, Ray Jones in Mena, AR.
