You need to disconnect the main power to the wiper motor asap. It won't stop trying to run until the blades finish there sequence and then the motor has to reverse itself in the Park position. Then when the wiper motor parks the power will be shut off to the motor. It all works threw cams, points and levers inside the motor gearbox. Your problem is probably in the motor it self. If you need to drive the car. either Pray for no rain or replace the whole motor unit unless you can find someone who knows how to fix it pronto.
