RE: [Chrysler300] Old wife's (mechanics) Oil tales



Not all 340's had windage trays, just the Hi-Preformance ones.

Windage trays came on the 79 Cordoba 300 as regular equipment. 

You can buy 440 and 340 windage trays now, about $50, the 440 windage
trays bolt between the engine block and pan (you use 2 gaskets).  The
340 style are suspended from the inside.
