RE: [Chrysler300] 1961 Chrysler TurboFlite Concept Car

Tony, Very interesting site! It shows all of the Chrysler concept cars.
The 1954 Chrysler Comtesse caught my attention since I believe it is
located in the Sacramento area. The car that has been described to me
seems to fit the picture with the solid clear see-thru top. Rear
lettering also is supposed to indicate much greater than stock HP. (an
experimental C-300 engine ?) The person that told me about the car has
left the area and is no longer reachable. I have searched the general
area where it is supposed to be located with no luck. My source referred
to the car as the "La Contessa". Does anyone out there in 300 land know
anything about this concept car? Doug Warrener

Hi to all,

Came across a russian Car Styling Web Site that has
some excellent documentation of Chrysler Concept Cars.

One in particular, the 1961 Chrysler TurboFlite, I had
never seen.
