I have the same issue with my G, almost identical. I asked George R. about this and he explained that it was due to certain parts which wear and are not serviceable. He expressed that there is no problem, just let it run for a few seconds before engaging a gear. The transmission shifts great, nice firm (1 - 2 chirps) upshifts. Something I have learned to live with. Once going, there is no problem, and the tranny seems to behave properly. Any ideas out there?
