[Chrysler300] Chrysler 300 on bay with unusuall "H" side medallions?

 For the Lister members. There is a '62 Sport 300 on ebay (item 
2474447117) listed as a 300H (The seller is obvious was misled by the 
what is in the 300 side medallions -see pictures) -did the 300H 
originally have the "H" letter in the side medallions?   Is this 
medallion for real?  Could it be a factory proto type only??

I have never seen this variation on a '62 300 (although I do not get to 
see many restored '62-300's and none of mine have this medallion.
