Go to your computer punch up Chrysler 300 Club International Inc and go to the tech section. Bob Merritt has a video on the horn ground situation which afflicts many of these cars over time. Watch that video you'll have a good understanding of what you're dealing with.

Hi Folks,

 

My 1962 300 horn only works when the wheel is turned to the 2 o’clock position. I believe there’s some sort of horn contact on the steering column below the dashboard. Does anyone have any info on that or where that connection, if there is one, can be found?
