{Chrysler 300} 1962 300 intermittent horn...

Hi Folks,

 

My 1962 300 horn only works when the wheel is turned to the 2 o’clock position. I believe there’s some sort of horn contact on the steering column below the dashboard. Does anyone have any info on that or where that connection, if there is one, can be found?
