The exhaust hangers for the tailpipes are hard to find. You can use ones from a 1966 or so b-body for the muffler.

The tailpipe ones are left and right but if find one, you can change the hook direction to fit the other side. You can see the hangers in this album of my exhaust install.

No welding needed if you have good clamps and hangers. Since the Waldron's tailpipes wouldn't fit my 300F, I'm still running the original ones connected to their mufflers.

Under normal circumstances, is there ever a need to weld an exhaust system together ? I have vintage NORS pipes for my convertible, including the pre-mufflers (resonators?) and I want to assemble before dropping the engine in place. But I’ve held off until I have an answer to this very question.
