hi
I thought all 62 are swb? they took it out between door seam and front wheel . Maybe I am wrong? 300 is swb?
quite tricky to think about as engine is in same place re firewall .
think about that !

got into it over ? possible headers into 60 ( not made) but made for 62 , ? fit ?  ; — they ( TTI ) say nothing about 62 wb  ? just “fits 62 “
control arm  is therefore farther back in 62 along engine side . Might hit ? where is  steering box ? must be same place as 60 61 re firewall or angle  of column would change
never did get that resolved , only  way is buy 62 exhaust  and try / modify ?
TTI does not know . 62 grouped with “ C body “ — may just be  happenstance that headers fit C and 62 , or is 62 a  C  body ?
Maybe someone else looked into this or has 62 and 60-61 in process at same time ?

Wow sorry to hear this Charlie- glad you weren’t hurt!
We don’t have these parts, but, just wanted to mention that not only the door from other two-door 61 models will work but also the fender from 61 or 62 if it’s a lwb car like a NYer.

HELP, I need Somebody.....HELP, Not just anybody.
HELP, You know I need someone .... HELP

I need Help finding a Drivers side door and fender, in excellent condition, for a 1961 Chrysler 2 Door Hardtop.
Preferably for a 300G but for the Door, if I am correct, the door from a 2 Door HARDTOP Newport, Windsor or New Yorker should fit. You just have to fill in some trim holes.

If you have spares that you are willing to let go or know of someone that has them, please let me know their contact information.

I did email Murray Park this morning and so far have not received a reply. It's the weekend , so I will call Murray on Monday.

Yesterday at 4:50 PM a woman went through a stop sign and hit me in the drivers side door and the fender. She did say that she was sorry. No one got hurt. Naturally I was LIVID but I handled the situation pretty good. Looks like minor damage to the rear quarter behind the door. The rocker seems to be okay.

I did call my Hagerty insurance agent and left a message.

I am trying to get a head start on finding the parts.

Thanks for your time and with any Help that you may give for  helping me get these parts.
