I know that car as these things are hard to miss when you have seen them before.
In the early 1980's, this was a one-owner, 39,000 original mile car that was purchased by "Inc." club member Jim Patnode. He resto'd the paint and converted it from factory 360 hp to rams using factory parts. He did the J wheel covers, too. The one thing he missed in the ram conversion was one specific mounting bolt for the remote booster that is visible above the battery on a factory ram car, but missing on this example. Jim Patnode lived in Mountain View when he purchased the car and later moved to SoCal. The last I heard of this car, it was in SoCal in the late 1990's and he very well may have moved to Arizona after that. Not all things are as they appear and some people don't let the truth get in the way of a good story.
