[Chrysler300] Anyone know anything about MIDWEST MEDIA PRODUCTIONS???

Hello all out there in 300 Land!
 
Sent a check for $23.00 for the DVD on the  History of the Chrysler 300 a few 
months back to Midwest Media  Productions.  I cannot reach them and obviously 
have not received the  DVD.  Anyone out there know anything about them?  Are 
the out of  business?  If so, where can I obtain a copy.  Thanks!
