[Chrysler300] 300C hubcap repainting question

Hello to all, 

 

Question regarding repainting the hubcaps on a 300C, on behalf of a local
friend. What is the procedure? Does someone sell a mask or a decal kit or
something ? Gary Nelson, perhaps?  Since I don't own a 300C, I never paid
too much attention when that subject came around earlier.  Feel free to
reply to me privately.
