John,
    Gary Nelson has the masking kit for the red inner ring and the argent 
silver #30 perimeter squares. It makes restoring the wheelcovers a breeze 
with perfect detailing.  Gary sells them in sets of two and will split a set 
if requested. I bought 5  in 2004 since I had an extra wheelcover.  The 
stainless repair and polishing has to be done first however, leaving the 
painting to be done prior to re-assembling the inner spinner hub part of the 
wheelcover. If you look on the second set of pictures on my stories section 
on the website for the Club, you will see a shot of the final product using
