RE: [Chrysler300] how tough are 300C 392 conrod bearings?



Hi chris.Cleavite is a alloy of aluminum, They alloy it to make it softer
as it is too hard for a bearing.The damage you are describing sounds like a
Acid problem.Some one did not change oil ? At least its better than Babbit.
