[Chrysler300] Hurst with vinyl top?

Listed on ebay, 4528723178, is a 70 Hurst that contains a vinyl top.  I
have never heard of a vinyl top option on a Hurst.  Does anyone know
about the car or a vinyl top option?

 

My first guess is that items from a Hurst were placed into and on
another body.  Or a vinyl top was placed onto a Hurst.  The parts
exclusive to the Hurst all seem to be their by what you can see.
