There is no question it's a scam.

And something to keep in mind is that NO MATTER WHAT THE BANK SAYS, IF 
THE CERTIFIED CHECK PROVES BAD A MONTH AFTER CLEARED BY YOUR BANK, YOU 
LOSE!!

THIS HAS HAPPENED TO AT LEAST ONE OF THE PEOPLE  ON THIS LIST.

Play the game with them, but never give an account, check or routing # 
out, and avoid Western Union.
