Thanks to John Lazenby For guiding me on to the article about the Ram 
induction system  @ http;//chrysler300club.com/uniq/allaboutrams   Even tho 
I had some idea as to how it  worked, this cleared up a lot of the foggy 
,that I didn't know about. Every 300 owner , should look this up even if you 
don't own one of these brutes. I'm lucky enough to own a 61 convt. with a HP 
engine and have to fight the crowd back every time I open the hood. I now 
know what the subtle differances are in the long vrs, short rams. My special 
thanks to George Riehl for his design of this awsome looking beast . Now If 
he would just come out here and fine tune it for me. Oh well , I can dream 
anyway.
