[Chrysler300] January Hemmings Article 61 Chrysler

It was my understanding that the long ram gave a 25 hp boost to the 413 
wedge (400hp) over the short ram (375 hp). According to the Hemmings article 
the short ram produced more horsepower. What is the correct answer.
