Newport??

This is not a 300 ?? But it is a Chrysler ?
I found a 61/62 Newport in my area and
it's in fair to good shape.
What I would like to know is where is the
vin. number? It's not on the dash and I
can't get in the car.How can I go about
tracking down the owner?
This is one sharp looking car!
And also what is a fair price?
