Don't bother checking this out. It's a scam. Report it. There was a story like this involving a '62 Buick Special about a month ago. The key is the cashier's check. Makes you think it's legit, but by the time that check comes back bad from the bank it's drawn on, you've already been had and your car's gone. Note the "urgent" part, too. What's urgent about our hobby? I can't count the number of phony email solicitations I've gotten claiming to be someone from Africe who has to move money into my bank account.
