Fwd: I have in buying your Car.

I received this email the other day, and smelled a rat. Any one have any 
ideas as to how to check this guy out. Whats the best way to warn other car 
sellers to watch out for this kind of thing. I was thinking of sending it to 
our states attorny general. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks Chuck
