Sorry, I said early 50's on Hallam, I meant the early 60's. The plant was
decommissioned as result of a design flaw that was considered a threat in
any way. No harm was done to anyone, and the decommissioned plant is not a
hazard of any kind. This was 45 years ago. I think the science has
progressed since then, but even with this very primitive technology, still
no fatal incidents.
