[Chrysler300] G Problem

About a week ago the G's battery would not start it. Got a new Mopar Group 27 just manufactured in Sept. Charged up and still will not turn over, although it does   make a wimpy noise. Maybe neutral starter switch or some relay ? Any suggestions are very much appreciated.
