Hi;I am going to be removing an engine out of a 61 New Yorker soon. I have an assistant who is very experienced in engine removal. However, I looked over the shop manual. The manual instructions has the transmission and converter drained and the transmission removed from the car first. Is the necessary? Or can a temporary brace assembly be used to support the transmission? Also, Is there any pointers that anyone would have that may not be covered in the manual? Thanks for the help Anthony ************************************************************* To unsubscribe or set your subscription options, please go to http://lists.psu.edu/cgi-bin/wa?SUBED1=l-forwardlook&A=1
