No, as usual your English is just
fine. The 60’s steering wheels were a sort of squared off
circle. Are you familiar with the semi-ellipse, a geometric shape created
in the late 50s/early 60s by a Danish engineer named Piet Hein? It was
used in a lot of designs at the time, from plates to ashtrays. I don’t
know if it was an influence on Chrysler’s steering wheels, but they bear
more than a casual resemblance.
