Tom, I think the most interesting thing about misinformation is that when someone spreads an A(double s)9 fabrication it can become a fact instantly with lay people (even some experts). This misinformation is harder to correct than your credit report. Conversely, when a documented fact is presented it is usually greeted with total skepticism.
