Seems like JC Whitney sold kits to add-on to do that, although you'd have to hide the switch somewhere on a show car as it's pretty ugly compared to the stock controls - Personally, my beater doesn't have a delay wiper and only parks if you shut them off in the right place. I live with it for the amount of time I see rain (or snow). Not worth the effort to mess with, even though I am sure I could add a delay with stock parts, because they put all that stuff on the turn signal switch on this one it means most likely changing the column.
