There are templates that show you where the fender mirrors are supposed to
be located so you can see if there is anything behind you or in the lane next to
you. I have a bunch of them for '56, '57' and '58 Plymouths,
Chryslers and Dodges. They're hard to come by as they were used by the
mechanics at the new car dealer and discarded after the mirror was put on.
I found them in my brother in laws' tool box. He was a service
manager for a Chrysler/Plymouth dealer in the 50's. I may be able to copy
them if needs anyone needs one.
