I have dealt with Frank. I was to visit friends in the U.S. and had stuff sent to them and a wrong item got shipped. I hadn't heard back by email and I noticed on his store that he can be hard to get a hold of if he is away at a show. I paniced and called him by phone. It turned out he had already shipped the correct item, sent a shipping label and funds to have the wrong item forwarded to the correct party and gave me a great deal on another item. I felt he more than stood behind his commitments. So, maybe call him.
