I recently bought a vent window frame from him off of e-bay. I paid $18.50 and paid &6.50 for shipping. It came priority mail so that was reasonable. I do not know what your part was but $1 for shipping anything that cant fit in a regular envelope seems like a mistake. He has 9787 positives (5402 are from unique users so he has return customers) 69 neutrals and 79 negatives. I know frank mitchells history on this board and others but I took a chance anyway. I got the part promptly with no hassle. It seems that when dealing with him it is hit and miss, from his feedback it seems like he gets it right most of the time but when he gets it wrong ....good luck. Id notify e-bay let them doe their safe harbor dispute thing and see what happens. I bid on and won a part on eBay from a Frank Mitchell (fmmpar@xxxxxxxxxxxxx) in Georgia. His ad stated winner pays $1.00 shipping. He sent a reply to my query for where to send the money with instructions that I pay $5.00 shipping. Three emails and one month later he has still not gotten back to me as to whether it is $1.00 or $5.00. While $4.00 isn't that much to quibble over, I am getting concerned that his lack of correspondence may mean that the part isn't even what it was presented to be. Has anyone dealt with this man and if so did you get what you bargained for in a timely fashion? Sorry to clog the list with this but you have all been so helpful in the past I naturally came to you again.
