[FWDLK] SAE article on Fuel Injection

I've already deleted that day's digest, so I forget who it was said they
had access to the old SAE volumes.  I was rooting around online today and
stumbled on the reference for that article, if anyone is interested (don't
have the article itslef, but I'd like to see it if it gets found).
